By the way, I do want to clarify something.

My ultimate hope is not that the non-custodial parent goes to jail.  I hope he adheres to the agreement he signed with the court, and comes up with the just over $800 before the next court review date as agreed to in court.

Ultimately it’s not my decision, it’s up to the NCP and the judge what happens if child support isn’t paid.
